A special project providing tailor-fit solutions for each refugee to establish their working credentials and documents through a registered work program which permits each refugee to navigate the difficult document process more easily, gain legal employment through a standardized work contract, and learn new skills.

We have built an industrial kitchen to train refugees and locals in food safety, preparation of Italian and fusion cuisine, and industrial-grade kitchen equipment necessary for larger food production.

110 hives are already placed in strategic areas where participants can be trained in this crucial ecosystem to cultivate the colonies and harvest the honey.
